Col 1:21-23 Brothers and sisters: You once were alienated and hostile in mind because of evil deeds; God has now reconciled you in the fleshly Body of Christ through His death, to present you holy, without blemish, and irreproachable before Him, PROVIDED that you persevere in the faith, firmly grounded, stable, and not shifting from the hope of the Gospel that you heard
We MAY be presented "holy, without blemish, and irreproachable before HIM", PROVIDED we "persevere in the faith" - firmly grounded - in relationship with HIM - stable - faithful, not lukewarm - not shifting from the hope of the Gospel - trusting only HIM and HIS One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
PRAYER ADORATION CONFESSION
If we desire eternity with HIM, we must persevere. Sunday is NOT ENOUGH.
When we approach the pearly gates, let us strive to hear, " Well done, good and faithful servant." Mt 25:21.
We do not want to hear, "I do not know where you are from; depart from me" Lk 13:27 "'I never knew you" Mt 7:23
RELATIONSHIP, we want to be recognized. INTIMACY, we want to be known.
Daily meditation.
Spend time with GOD every day. Get to know HIM - not just know about HIM, but get to KNOW HIM. Relationships takes time. Intimacy takes perseverance.
20-30 minutes a day is a wonderful start. Sit with HIM. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. Break open HIS word and let HIM lead you.
Don't just talk, but also Listen.
